What this website collects
This website has no forms and no accounts. It does not ask you to enter any information. When you email or call us, you choose what to share; please do not send detailed medical information by email, because email is not a secure channel.
Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information when a page is requested, such as the page address, the date and time, your browser type, and a shortened form of your IP address, for security and to keep the site running. We do not use that information to identify you.
Cookies, analytics, and tracking
This website does not use advertising pixels, chat widgets, session recording, or social media trackers. We may use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics to see which pages are visited. If we do, it will not build a profile of you, and it will be listed here.
Links to outside services, such as Google Maps or our client portal, are governed by those services’ own privacy policies once you leave this site.
The client portal
Intake forms, appointment reminders, secure messages, telehealth sessions, and payments happen inside our HIPAA-compliant client portal, not on this website. Information you enter there is protected health information and is handled under our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.
Your health information
As a healthcare provider we follow the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and Florida law. Our Notice of Privacy Practices explains how we use and share protected health information and the rights you have. You receive it at your first visit and can request a copy at any time.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. We provide therapy to teens 14 and up with a parent or guardian’s consent.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
