Reading this site does not make you a patient of LiveWell Gainesville.

Emergencies

This website and our email are not monitored for emergencies. If you are in crisis, call or text 988, the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. If you are in immediate danger, call 911.

Contacting us

Email and phone messages are answered during office hours. Please do not send sensitive medical details by email. Becoming a patient requires completing intake through our client portal and an initial visit.

Content and use

Text, images, and the LiveWell Gainesville name and logo on this site belong to LiveWell Gainesville or are used with permission. You may read, print, and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. Please do not copy content for another site or use it in a way that implies we endorse you.

Outside links

We link to outside services such as Google Maps and our client portal for your convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is.” Rates, insurance participation, and staff can change; the front desk always has the current information.
