Insurance
We are in network with Aetna medical insurance.
We are out of network for most other insurance providers, and will prepare a superbill at your request for you to submit to your insurance company, according to their terms, for a partial reimbursement.
We do not accept Medicaid or Medicare. We proudly support veterans and their families; ask us about coverage.
Free 15-minute consult
If you would like a free 15-minute phone consultation with a therapist before your first visit, it is available on request. Call (352) 900-3130 or email Support@livewellgainesville.com and the front desk will arrange it.
Cancellations
Please give the office 24 hours’ notice to cancel or move an appointment so the time can go to someone else. The front desk will go over the cancellation policy at your first visit.
Questions about paying for therapy
Do you take Aetna?
Yes. We are in network with Aetna medical insurance. Bring your card to the first visit and the front desk will verify your benefits.
What if I have a different insurance?
We are out of network for most other plans. You pay at the time of service, and at your request we prepare a superbill, an itemized receipt you submit to your insurer for partial reimbursement under your out-of-network benefits. Reimbursement varies by policy.
Do you take Medicaid or Medicare?
No, we do not accept Medicaid or Medicare.
Do you support veterans?
We proudly support veterans and their families. Ask the front desk about coverage.
How do I pay?
Card on file through the client portal, charged at the time of service. We can also take a card at the front desk.
What is a Good Faith Estimate?
Under the No Surprises Act you have the right to a written estimate of expected costs before you start care if you are paying out of pocket. Ask the front desk and we will provide one.
Ready to talk, or still deciding?
Call or email the front desk. A real person replies, answers your questions, and helps you find the right therapist. A free 15-minute phone consult is available on request.
